The secret things belong to God.

Deuteronomy 29:29 "The secret things belong to the LORD our God, but those things which are revealed belong to us and to our children forever, that we may do all the words of this law.

Prepare for what God has revealed.

The day of the Lord refers to the coming of Christ

Those living in darkness will not prepare for the day of the Lord

Those living in light will prepare daily for the day of the Lord.

Live in accordance with what God has revealed to us.

These are things that should fill all of us with awe, fear, joy, and thanksgiving.

We need to live our lives by faith with daily obedience to the word.
